Adebayo A. S. (B.Sc., ACA) is a seasoned chartered accountant trained in one of the Big four accounting firms with over eight years’ experience. His wealth of experience cuts across different sectors including banking, oil and gas, FMCGs, insurance, pensions, ICT, financial technology, public sector and SME’s. Until recently he leads the finance function of a financial technology firm with over two million dollars in equity funding. He holds a B.Sc. in accounting from the University of Ado Ekiti now Ekiti State University and a MBA in view from South Wales University United Kingdom. Adebayo is currently the Managing Consultant/ Director of Chapiter Consults Limited.

Aderanti A. (B.Sc., ACA, ACITN) is an associate member of the institute of chartered accountants of Nigeria. An Alumni of the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU). Aderanti has experience over ten years across various sectors. This includes manufacturing, real estate, public sector and financial service sectors. He is a lead consultant at CHAPITER consults.

Adeleke A. (HND, ACA, ACITN) is a lead consultant at the firm. He graduated from the prestigious Yaba college of Technology with a HND in Accountancy. He is an associate member of both ICAN and CITN. He has worked at various managerial levels in different industries. His work experience is in diverse business scenarios including ICT, Entertainment and Print media, Aviation, maritime security, Ministry and external audit. He has championed different projects both with the private and public sector.
